Their pianos use high quality parts such as Royal George felts and German Roslau strings, are of consistently very good quality and once set up well they are fantastic pianos on a par with similar sized models by Yamaha and Kawai but at a lower price point. This would be a great option for someone looking for a high quality alternative to the benchmark Yamaha U1 at a very sensible price.

Tone and tuning

Lovely rich tone, with strong bass and clear, bell like treble, and a very good dynamic range. Tuned to concert pitch (A=440) prior to sale. This piano features a 3rd pedal for very quiet practice.
 

Keyboard and action

The full size 88 note keyboard is in excellent condition and the action will be regulated prior to sale, to play smoothly across the whole keyboard with a light-medium weight action, which will suit most players, including beginners.
 

Hammers and strings

The hammers are in very good condition - we have refaced them and voiced them, ready for their new home.

Sound board

Excellent condition spruce, as new.
 

Case

A stunning and unique piano - the Farrow and Ball 'Hague Blue’ finish looks amazing - it takes on different shades depending on the light so we have taken photos at different times of day to hopefully demonstrate this - no filters used! Matching adjustable stool in photos is included in the price.
