Tone and tuning 

Lovely well balanced tone, fairly bright but with no harshness, and a very good dynamic range. Has just been tuned to concert pitch (A=440). This piano features a 3rd pedal for very quiet practice.


Keyboard and action 

The full size 88 note keyboard is in excellent condition and the action has just been regulated so plays smoothly across the whole keyboard with a medium weight action, which will suit most players, including beginners. 


Hammers and strings 

Very little wear in the hammers (German felts) and the strings (Roslau) are in excellent condition. Internally the piano is as almost as new. 


Sound board 

Excellent condition spruce, no cracks or splits. The double frame protects the soundboard as well as enhancing the tone and tuning stability.


Case 

Stunning looking light sapele cabinet with high gloss polyester lacquer. In very good condition - a few little marks here and there but not very noticeable at all. The piano is on castors for easy moving.
