Tone and tuning

Lovely rich tone, with good strong bass and sparklingly clear treble, and a very good dynamic range. Has just been tuned to concert pitch (A=440). This piano features a 3rd pedal for very quiet practice.

Keyboard and action

The full size 88 note keyboard is in excellent condition and the action has just been regulated so plays smoothly across the whole keyboard with a medium weight action, which will suit most players, including beginners.

Hammers and strings

As visible on the photos there is hardly any wear at all in the hammers (top quality German made) and the strings (also German) are in virtually as new condition also.

Sound board

Excellent condition spruce, no cracks or splits.

Case

A really stunning piano with a more modern case design than most uprights - very stylish indeed.. It is on castors for easy moving and the brand new matching adjustable stool is included in the sale.

118cm tall, 150 wide, 61 deep. Just very slightly shorter than a U1 with the sound you’d expect from a fairly tall upright.
