This is a very good quality piano, excellent value, and ideal for players of all levels from beginner to advanced. It has been only lightly used so far and having been thoroughly prepared in our workshop, it is presented for sale in virtually as new condition throughout. With a smooth, highly responsive action, it feels great under the fingers and produces a lovely rich and full tone. Very similar in design to the Yamaha U1 (the modern upright benchmark), it offers comparable quality at a more accessible price point.
Schreiner & Sohne are based in Germany, and their combination of German design expertise with European and Japanese components and modern global manufacturing results in durable, dependable pianos that offer a rewarding musical experience and exceptional value for money.

Tone and tuning
Very nice tone indeed due to the good length of bass strings and larger soundboard - rich and strong tone, nicely balanced, and with a great dynamic range. It has just been tuned to concert pitch (A=440). This piano includes the middle 'celeste' pedal for very quiet practising where necessary.
Keyboard and action
The keyboard is in excellent condition and the action is very responsive, having been regulated to play smoothly across the whole keyboard with a medium weight. Very expressive and a real pleasure to play on. Suitable for beginners right up to professionals.
Hammers and strings
Hardly any wear in the hammers and the strings look as new.
Case
A stunning and classic looking piano in high gloss black case, which is in excellent condition throughout. It is on casters, which have been oiled and move well. A matching stool is included in the sale.
Dimensions
Approx 120cm tall, 151cm wide, 59cm deep. A good sized upright, ideal for a home piano.
