Made in 1999 in England by Welmar, one of the finest of the British piano makers, this has been well looked after and now carefully prepared in our workshop to be at its very best. These pianos are very highly regarded for their tonal quality and reliability and are very popular with musicians and teachers. Welmar worked closely with Bluthner (one of the major German piano producers) over the years and the influence can definitely be heard in the rich, sweet and mellow tone.

Price includes ground floor delivery within 100 miles, matching adjustable stool and 5 years warranty. £750 delivery for most of the rest of England & Wales (ground floor). £25 additional fee for London deliveries.
 
Tone and tuning
Wonderful rich yet mellow classic ‘European’ tone with the ideal balance between brightness and warmth, and a good dynamic and tonal range. Includes the 3rd / mute pedal for quiet practice. Tuned to concert pitch (A=440). 
 
Keyboard and action
The full 88 note keyboard is in very good condition and the action is nice and responsive and plays smoothly across the whole keyboard, with a medium weight, which would suit beginners and advanced players alike.
 
Hammers and strings
The original hammers are in very good shape - this piano has not been played heavily but has been well looked after by the previous owners. Strings in very good condition also - see photos.
 
Sound board
Excellent condition spruce, no cracks or splits
 
Case
In very good condition throughout - a few small blemishes but hardly noticeable even close up. A matching adjustable stool is included in the price.
